No rice diet

It's really surprising how alright I am without eating rice these days. I just can't believe it! Well I used to refuse the thought I could manage a day without eating rice. Glad I survived! Lola V is the greatest influence on this. I feel lighter (I haven't lose weight that much) but at least my tummy is not that visible now :p

I made few changes on my diet scheme this time. I think it is really important to eat on time and that's what I do now. Really...I mean it's not just about eating less. Aside from that I exercise at least 30 minutes by doing some basic yoga postures and hoping to regularize our jogging session at least thrice a week. Never been this dedicated and serious about getting toned. I am super challenged to get results (to see myself how I looked 04yrs ago?!?), lol!

i've been thinking of going without rice, but my brain can't take it :)) but maybe i'll start nalang 1st with less portion.

I love your blog.. actually im not eating rice for about 4years and its really effective though its hard for the first time ive tried. it has a great result..i tried to eat rice now but i always vomit maybe because my body couldnt use to it anymore.. i lose about 20lbs so far.
